When we decided to sell our house, we thought selling it by owner would make the best financial sense. Houses in our neighborhood were selling quickly! I actually got an offer without putting a sign in the yard, but quickly realized I had no idea if I had asked the right amount or how to negotiate with a buyer's realtor. I called Debaran and she had a sign in the yard the next day and it sold that week for a better price. Listing with her took all the worry out of my hands and I was able to concentrate on moving. I cannot recommend The Hughes Properties highly enough.
